Alexandria Prince is the owner and founder of Explosive Elites Organization. She graduated from Southwind High School in Memphis, TN, where she started point guard on the varsity girls basketball team 3 of her 4 years. Coach Prince started her collegiate career Fall 2011, as a walk on for the University of Memphis Women’s basketball team. During the 2011- 2012 season, the Lady Tigers accomplished a 20 win season and made a post season appearance in the WNIT. After playing one season at the U of M, Prince transferred to Southern Polytechnic State University (SPSU), now known as Kennesaw State. During the 2012-2014 season, Prince played both point guard and shooting guard and helped lead the team to a Conference Championship appearance, a Regular Season Title and 2 NAIA National Championship appearances. Prince was known as a deadly 3 pointer shooter and tenacious on ball defender during her career at SPSU! She graduated Fall of 2015 with her Bachelors in Biology and finished her career averaging 8.1 ppg, 1.3 apg, 3.3 rpg and maintained an average 35% from 3 point range.

Prince began pursuing coaching In December 2014 and coached at GoHard Academy, Hoop Heaven and Marietta High School before she founded Explosive Elites Organization in January of 2018.

Tessa Bullock is a native of Columbia Mississippi, where she attended East Marion High School. Bullock started point guard at the varsity level all 4 years and was the forerunner of the programs success. She led her team to a District Championship in 2008 and led the team in assist (4.5 apg) and points (15 ppg) during her senior year. Deemed the “2010 Player of the Year”, award in her school district, and was then offered a full athletic scholarship to Pearl River Community College (PRCC), where she started at the small forward position both years. After completing two successful seasons at PRCC, she then received a full athletic scholarship to Southern Polytechnic State University now known as, (Kennesaw State University). During her two years at SPSU, Bullock was a starting forward and an all-around player that dominated at the small and power forward position. Bullock was known as the team’s penetration expert and a versatile and agile defender, which helped lead the program to a “Regular Season Title” and NAIA National Championship Appearance. Bullock ended her career at Poly averaging 9.1 ppg, 5.2 rpg 1.7 apg and 1.5 spg,in addition to maintain a tremendous 38% from 3 point range. As of January 2018, Coach Bullock became the Assistant Coach and co-founder of Explosive Elites.

3rd - 5th grade teams

Our young teams are also competitive but at a more local level. We focus heavily on teaching the fundamentals of the game, as well as showing attention to improving their skill sets so they are able to compete at a high level in the future. Although they are younger, the intensity and expectations are high and we push our players above and beyond any standard they usually set for themselves in order to improve them mentally, physically, and emotionally.

6th - 10th grade teams

Our Middle & High school teams are extremely competitive and travel out of state often, so players and parents must be 100% committed to practices, training, and a strenuous travel schedule. The travel season is a full season from February - August, so it is Spring and Summer season combined. Our goal is put our girls in front of college coaches and scouts so that they can received a full athletic scholarship and many tournament are out of state, so heavy travel is mandatory in order for that to happen. We typically travel to Florida, Kentucky, Tennessee, South Carolina and North Carolina.

Each session is an hour and is specific to the needs of each particular player. Skills taught in private lessons include: Ball handling, Proper Shooting technique, Defensive principles, Speed and Agility, and Confidence building.

Semi-private sessions are offered during the Spring, Summer, and Fall seasons on Saturdays and various weekdays. Sessions are offered in two skill sets: Beginners (Level 1) and Intermediate/Advance (Level II & III).
